Bhut Jolokia originate from Assam in North East India and as you can imagine they have been used a lot in traditional cooking over the years but also lend themselves well to a number of recipes. As one of the superhots (1 million SHU on average) and once hottest on record, Bhut Jolokia pods can sometimes vary in size and shape but are always interesting to grow. For the best results grill them on the barbecue, pickle them or use a small piece of it with fish.
