Yes you’ve guessed it. The name alone of this great chilli pepper should give some idea of its pungency. That’s until you actually try it and realise you really didn’t have a clue what you were getting yourself into.
This strain was achieved by Butch Taylor (hence its name) who farms chillies in the States. A tad less intense than the Moruga and Carolina Reaper this chilli pepper still ranks at nearly 1.5 million SHU so do not use this to prank your friends! It’s fruity, it’s big, it’s just plain silly.
