The Trinidad Scorpion chilli is not for the faint-hearted yet enjoyed by many chilli enthusiasts not only for its legendary heat level but also for its fruity taste. As its name indicates it originates from Trinidad so for better results ensure that the heat it grows under remains constant up to the point of maturity approximately 120 days after transplanting. The pods are usually one-half to one-inch wide by two to three inches long and make fantastic hot sauces and spice rubs.
